Default Lags resolved ?

This is what I have just received from Guild Wars support as an update for my ticket. I wonder if it is just me or everyone else who submitted the ticket about lags.

Hello Jakub,

Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars Customer Support. The problem you reported with lag has now been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You should now already be able to play as usual.

If however you should still encounter the problems you have described previously, please update your ticket accordingly. We will then work together with you on resolving these issues.

Thank you very much for your time and dedication to improving Guild Wars.

Regards,

GM Stefania

I didn't recieve that message but actually neither me nor a friend of mine experienced any lags in the last two days. So I think they actually found the problem and fixed it - but maybe they want to test the fix a little longer before they make an official statement on guildwars.com or the fanpages.

Anyway - thanks ArenaNet/NCSoft

Hi all,

Yes, the European lag issues should now be resolved. If they aren't, I'm sure you'll all let us know real quick .

Was playing about 3 hours ago (during my lunch hour - i know - sad), but I experienced lag (was over near beetletun), had 2 human players, 4 henchies, on a T3 connection. Admittedly, it wasn't as bad as it has been, but it wasn't fun to know I was dead when finally resumed play.

We were Lagging last evening in the Desert. My friend's lag got so bad he was stuck in place and his skill bar was locked up. I watched his character just spin in place. Good thing for us that we are both Monks and I could handle the fight while he was "out of it". I kept throwing a heal or two his way while our henchmen finished off the the MoB's.

A friend of mine had that same thing happen, getting stuck.

I had him click to follow me, and it freed him right up, and no more problems. Just wrote it off as a wierd bug.
